Platform subscription terms

By creating a company workspace, the Owner confirms authority to act for that company and accepts responsibility for authorized users, uploaded records and subscription charges.

Trials and billing

A plan may include a limited free trial. When the trial expires, access may be restricted to billing until a subscription is activated. Recurring billing, payment methods, invoices and cancellation are handled through Stripe.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to access another company, bypass security controls, upload unlawful material or use the service to misrepresent payroll, tax or employment records.

Company responsibility

The platform provides operational software and does not replace legal, tax, payroll or employment advice. Each company remains responsible for reviewing payroll calculations, worker classification, deductions and notices.

These starter terms should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before accepting paying customers.
